  • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are stored in the Operator’s systems.

  1. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
    Login and data entry areas are protected at the transmission level (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login information entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
    User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one-way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently a standard practice in password storage.

    An important element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the operator to process personal data, which includes regular updates of programming components.

    The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: cyberFolks.pl.
    The hosting company logs at the server level to ensure technical reliability. Logs may include:
  • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files)
  • the time the request arrived
  • the time the response was sent
  • the client station name – identification performed by HTTP protocol
  • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction
  • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the transition to the Service occurred through a link
  • information about the user’s browser
  • information about the user’s IP address
  • diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services via the registrars on the website

    The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Service.
    Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be applied to you in certain cases, specifically to provide services under a contract and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Administrator.
    Your personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection laws. This means that it is not transmitted outside the European Union.
  1. Information in Forms
    The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.
    The service may save information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
    In some cases, the service may save a linking information that allows associating data in the form with the user’s email address. In such cases, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
    Data provided in forms is processed for the purpose arising from the specific function of the form, e.g., to handle service requests or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. The context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.
